Make sure to book assistance at least 24 hours before departure by contacting the National Rail Administration’s customer service centre on +47 47 77 00 98, or send an email to assistanse@banenor.no.
Should you need help at the airport, please call ISS Assistansetjeneste on +47 64 82 19 00 at least two days before, or visit their website.
Wheelchairs
Will you be travelling with a wheelchair? All of our trains are fitted with robust ramps suitable for use with most wheelchairs. (Please note that the ramps are certified for max. 350 kg). All trains are fitted with a device for securing the chair, as well as a dedicated disabled toilet. Contact our staff for assistance.
Service dogs
Please take a seat wherever you wish if you are travelling with a service dog (guide or assistance dog).
Travel companions
Travel companions for disabled passengers travel for free with a valid national companion’s ID card.
